A Rewards Scheme designed to give back to our loyal customers
From 01 January 2019, we’ve introduced a reward scheme that gives back to our loyal customers as a thank you and to help you make the most of your investment. We’re extending our gratitude for choosing us by giving you the opportunity to earn reward points as you spend on the services we offer, which you can then redeem towards a service(s) of your choice during the calendar year.
Here’s how to earn reward points with our rewards scheme
+ For ever £20 spent on a service, you earn 1 reward point*
+ 1 reward point = £1
+ Once you’ve collected a fair amount of reward points, you can redeem your earned reward points towards a service(s) of similar value.
+ Earned points have to be redeemed within the same calendar year of your first service booked with us.
+ Earned points cannot be carried forward into the next year. You can, however, redeem any balance points for a part payment towards a service.
+ If you choose not to redeem your points within the calendar year, you will not be able to carry forward the expired points.
+ We will send you a reminder closer to the end of the year with an update of your earned points and the service options available to you, if you have any outstanding reward points to redeem.
*Please note: reward points are only calculated on the base price and not on VAT
*Please note: reward points cannot be earned when a service has been wholly or partly booked with redeemable points
